Second Thoughts Drama Group
present
Betrayal by Harold Pinter - directed by Lucy Axworthy

Critically regarded as one of Harold Pinter’s major dramatic works, Betrayal features his characteristically economical dialogue, characters' hidden emotions and veiled motivations, and their self-absorbed competitive one-upmanship, face-saving, dishonesty, and self-deceptions. Starring Penelope Peters, Richard Sandle-Keynes and Tony Homer this production promises to be a truly intimate piece of theatre.

Belly Dance Spectacular

Three groups of leading Midlands Belly Dancers are coming together to create a unique and entertaining show in aid of charity

Belly Dance troupes from Coventry, Stratford and Buckingham led by teachers Di Cox, Val Rainbow and Vivienne Radfar will be performing, in a show organised to raise funds for Stratford & District Mencap.

The show consists of an exciting variety of dances created and performed by Egyptian Belly Dance troupes Qetesh and Miramar from Coventry and Stratford, and The Cairo Cats from Buckingham. Teachers Amaris, Arielle and Vivienne have brought together their troupes in a truly entertaining show that includes different group dances and solos in various Belly Dance styles, all performed in a glittering array of exotic and unusual costumes. Some of the more unusual dances include evocative Pharonic dance, funky Turkish Fusion, Chinese inspired fan dancing and Latin flavoured veil dancing. The show will be suitable for all the family.
