This show features the music of the Rock ‘n’ Roll Era, plus an added bonus – a special tribute to the great Buddy Holly. All the big hits are performed – Rave On, It Doesn’t Matter Anymore, That’ll Be The Day, Oh Boy!, Peggy Sue, Maybe Baby, Raining In My Heart - and many others. Buddies are a band who were there at the birth of Rock ‘n’ Roll. We used to listen to Radio Luxembourg under the pillow at night just like you! Young we may not be. Young at heart, we certainly are! Everybody is welcome to dance, or just sit, listen and wallow in nostalgia!

We all like to be beside the seaside and, as everybody knows, an Englishman's home is his sand castle. Stan and Bernice Billet and William and Margaret Patterson have been taking their holidays in the same resort for years They don't exactly rule the waves but they have turned the area around their beach huts into a cosy little fiefdom. And then along comes Doug, with his nubile nieces. They don't give a hoot for beach hut protocol - they just want to have fun in the sun. Throw in some protesting beach occupants staging a ‘sit in’ and you have the recipe for a comedy stand off as each fights for his own bit of beach paradise!’
